The Women’s Ministry is the women’s wing of the church dedicated to the teaching, training and nurturing of women to the standards set in Scripture.
Typically they meet once a week or every two weeks to discuss, study and talk about issues concerning them in the Church and how they can optimize the role they play in their families and individual lives. They also
mentor young women and advise them on pertinent issues.
The Youth Ministry is the youth wing of the Church. This ministry is teeming with exuberant young men and women who are on fire for the Lord. They use their strength, knowledge and vigor to contribute to the advancement of the Church. More importantly, they undergo the
refinery of God’s Word that shapes and molds their character.
In their meetings, conventions and camp meetings, contemporary issues and challenges are discussed and seasoned mentors, pastors and youth workers use the Bible to shed light on them and proffer solutions.
You would just have to participate in one of their meetings to get an idea of how exciting and inspiring this Ministry is.
This Ministry focuses on children and has a well-structured and result-producing teaching plan and materials for them. Kids don’t get bored when they come to Church or just playfully hang around.
They actively participate in Sunday School, learn songs, verses of the Bible,
Biblical characters and engage in Scriptural quiz. You would be amazed to see a child as young as 7 confidently quote scripture, tell a Bible story or preach.
14 But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” 15 And he laid his hands on them and went away.
(Matthew 19:14,15 ESV)
At the heart of the Gospel is the Great Commission:
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
(Matthew 28:19,20)
The Evangelism Ministry evangelizes, organizes Gospel crusades and conventions that bring the unsaved to the saving knowledge of Christ. Its mission is to spread and spearhead the Gospel and it does so with spiritual energy and fervor.
The Men’s Ministry exists to train, equip and spiritually enlighten the gentlemen in the Church to measure up to the expectations clearly stated in Scripture.
Since God made man in His image, the focus and message of this Ministry is to see Christian men radiantly mirroring God’s image and benevolent character. With Biblically-sound teachings specially personalized for Christian men, there is no doubt an active member of the Men’s Ministry would be a great husband and a good father.
